• Please msg us 1 hr before reaching so we can put together your box and once more when you have reached the location.
• In the event, you're unable to make it at the last minute, please arrange for someone to pick the order up within the same time frame you selected for Self Collection.
• Regretfully, your order will be FORFEITED if you fail to collect your order within the time allocated to you.
• For 3rd party courier, please ensure its a driver with car/van as our tartlets cannot survive a motorcycle journey.
